Ute Lake State Parks

Authentic Chuck Wagons will be preparing a meal of Chicken Fried Steak, Potatoes, Beans, Rolls and fresh Apple Cobbler over a bed of coals - just like the old trail drive days. Wagons will be judged on Authenticity and will also be judged on the 5 food categories. Cash awards will be handed out in the afternoon. Vendors are welcome - except for food vendors. Wagons will be setting up on Friday the 15th. Please feel free to wander through camps and visit with the wagon owners about their wagon. For more information - please call 575-403-8320
